HOOVER, Ala. ( WBRC ) - A group that conducted a redevelopment study for the Riverchase Galleria will present their findings to the Hoover City Council.
Hunden Partners will discuss the findings of the report to the Hoover City Council at 6 p.m., Monday, Sept. 22.
The Hoover City Council approved the study earlier in 2025 at a cost of nearly $200,000 . The goal of the study is to guide long-term decisions about the future of the shopping center. With the retail industry evolving, city leaders want to ensure the mall remains vibrant.
The study was expected to assess Hoover’s standing in residential, hospitality, and retail sectors, while exploring opportunities to enhance the Galleria’s campus.
