Less than 24 hours before Collingwood’s preliminary final against Brisbane, it has emerged that the Magpies are launching an “audacious bid” to lure Carlton superstar Charlie Curnow for 2026.

The two-time Coleman medallist has in recent weeks expressed his interest in exploring a move away from the Blues due to lifestyle factors, albeit without formally requesting a trade.
