Male's Burton had shot at Mr. Football before 'freak injury' cost him senior season

Chayce Burton couldn’t be stopped.

Flash back to last season and the Male High School junior had established himself as perhaps the top running back in Kentucky.

He rushed for a career-high 214 yards and four touchdowns against Ballard. Three weeks later he tallied 203 yards and two touchdowns against a Trinity team that went on to win the Class 6A state championship.
