NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — GRAMMY-winning songwriter and producer Brett James was among three people killed in a plane crash in North Carolina Thursday. He was 57 years old.
The crash happened near an elementary school in Franklin, North Carolina around 3 p.m.
Flight data shows the Cirrus SR225 registered to Brett James Cornelius departed John C. Tune airport at 12:41 p.m. The passengers’ conditions are unknown.
