COLUMBIA, Mo. — The 10th play of Missouri’s opening possession began exactly like the ninth one.

The Tigers had marched effectively down the field against a Louisiana defense that was merely along for the ride on this drive. Twists like the one that produced a touchdown on the 10th play came earlier in the possession.

The second play of the series had seen Mizzou swap its right tackle and tight end, getting a lineman blocking 10 yards past the line of scrimmage to set up an explosive run.

On the sixth play, the whole line moved right like they had two plays prior, when they perfectly executed an outside zone. Except this time, a tight end and slot receiver Kevin Coleman Jr. leaked out to the left almost all by themselves for a 12-yard gain.
