In Herkimer County, Old Forge leads with a 55% foliage change, showcasing vibrant orange and gold leaves with bright red highlights. Essex County's Newcomb follows with a 40% change, displaying a mix of reds and oranges. Meanwhile, Franklin County's Mt. Arab and Tupper Lake report a 30-40% change, featuring a spectrum of colors including rhubarb, claret, and saffron.
