Dani Dyer has looked to her social media followers for 'help' as she shared a 'painful' update ahead of her Strictly Come Dancing debut.

The former Love Island winner will soon be strutting her stuff on the dance floor as one of the 15 celebrities set to take part in the BBC One dance contest this year.

Dani has already been backed for Glitterball glory by one of the show's former professional dancers. But it's fair to say the nerves are getting very real for Dani, who is the daughter of outspoken actor Danny Dyer.

"I am absolutely nervous, of course. It's normal to be nervous but it's about challenging the nerves. I am so excited. It just feels more real now," she recently told the Manchester Evening News.
