We should eat longer lunches like the French do, Jamie Oliver says. ‌

The chef has urged Brits to be more like the French and spend an hour and a half grazing on lunch. ‌

Oliver claims it is healthier and that rushing your lunch makes you ‘fatter’. ‌

The 50-year-old father-of-five has campaigned for healthier diets in Britain, starting with better food for schoolchildren in 2005, and has made a number of documentaries about ultra-processed food and sugary foods.
