Adrian McClean found guilty of first-degree murder and three counts of aggravated robbery in a shooting at Cedar Creek Marina in Wilson County.

A Wilson County jury has convicted a Jamaican man charged in a deadly robbery at a Wilson County marina.

Adrian McClean, 41, was found guilty of first-degree murder Sept. 18 in the shooting death of a man described as "an innocent bystander," outside Cedar Creek Marina on Saundersville Road during the early morning hours of June 29, 2024.

Some court records have shown McLean as the spelling.

The victim in the case was identified as Bailey Gardner, 27, of Kansas. He was shot while sitting in his vehicle during a robbery, prosecutors said.
