A state investigation is underway after a from accidental injuries he suffered while at Epic Universe.
Kevin Rodriguez Zavala, 32, was visiting the park near Orlando on Sept. 17 and was found unresponsive on the roller coaster after riding it. Orange County Sheriff's Department said Zavala was transported to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
