Scottsdale Police to participate in Child Passenger Safety Week

The Scottsdale Police Department will participate in Child Passenger Safety Week Sept. 21-27, with National Seat Check Day on Saturday, Sept. 27.

This annual campaign, in collaboration with the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, aims to raise awareness about the importance of correctly using car seats, booster seats, and seat belts to keep children safe while traveling.

As part of this initiative, Scottsdale Police will have increased enforcement and public visibility related to child passenger safety laws during the campaign week.
