If you were planning to buy a physical copy of Taylor Swift ’s upcoming album, “The Life of a Showgirl,” which is set to be released on Friday, Oct. 3, we have some exciting news. Target will be opening select stores at midnight local time on the album’s release day, so you can get your hands on the highly anticipated 12-track album right as the clock strikes midnight.

The stores participating will offer the standard CD and vinyl edition of “The Life of a Showgirl” as well as three exclusive CD editions only available at Target and Target.com .

About 500 stores across the country will be participating, per Variety . Luckily, 13 of these stores (ahem... Swift’s favorite number!) are located in Upstate New York.
