Former Vice President Kamala Harris has revealed new details about the conversation she had with President Donald Trump after conceding the 2024 election.

In excerpts from her upcoming memoir, “107 Days,” obtained by the New York Times, Harris recalled her post-election phone call with Trump, whom she urged to help unify the country.

“It was a lost cause,” she writes.

Trump, Harris said, did respond warmly to her remarks during the call.

“I am going to be so nice and respectful. You are a tough, smart customer, and I say that with great respect. And you also have a beautiful name. I got use of that name, it’s Kamala,” Trump reportedly told Harris.

Harris noted that Trump pronounced her name correctly, something he repeatedly failed to do during the campaign.
