The Brand House Collective, formerly Kirkland's, is opening its second Bed Bath & Beyond Home store on Sept. 20.

The Brand House Collective announced on Sept. 15 that it had sold its intellectual property to Bed Bath & Beyond for $10 million.

The Brand House Collective plans to reopen about 250 old Kirkland's locations as new Bed Bath & Beyond Home stores in the next two years.

Bed Bath & Beyond is making a comeback in former Kirkland's locations.

Its next grand opening of a Bed Bath & Beyond Home store – a restructured name for the brand – is in Spring Hill, Tennessee, on Saturday, Sept. 20
