ROWAN COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - A murder investigation is underway in Rowan County.

Trooper Zach Haney confirmed to WKYT that Kentucky State Police Post 8 is investigating the deaths of a juvenile and their mother.

KSP is investigating at the north end of Rowan County on Spring Street off Flemingsburg Road.

WKYT is working to learn more details about the investigation.
