WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - Wichita Police say three people are in custody after a drive-by shooting earlier this week in south Wichita.

On September 17, around 6:45 p.m., officers were called to the 2300 block of South Lulu after a home was hit by gunshots. A 56-year-old man and a 23-year-old man were inside at the time, but no one was hurt.

The next day, Wichita Police said officers found a vehicle suspected to be the shooters’ at a home in south Wichita. When they attempted a stop, the suspects fled. The Kansas Highway Patrol Air Support Unit helped officers track down the vehicle until it stopped, and the suspects ran off again. Police say all three were caught shortly after.

The suspects, all from Wichita, are a 42-year-old man, a 46-year-old man and a 22-year old-woman.
