Two Sudbury men charged in the deaths of three men in the city in 2022 are headed to trial next spring.
Joel Roy, facing two counts of first-degree murder and one count of second-degree murder, along with co-accused Kevin Lamoureux, who is facing one count of murder, will see their joint judge-and-jury trial start April 7.
The pair’s next court date will be in the Superior assignment court on Nov. 18.
Pre-trial motions regarding the trial are also set for Jan. 12.
Alison Craig is representing Roy, while Christopher Hanson is representing Lamoureux.
The court heard earlier that the trial could take up to three months.
