SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — There will be 21 marching bands from around Siouxland making their way to Morningside University's Elwood Olsen Stadium for the 27th annual Starfest.

On Saturday, Sept. 27, marching bands from the three Siouxland states will perform at Starfest. Bands are judged on marching execution, music's effect, and performance; judged in separate categories will be percussion and color guard.
