CAMDEN, N.J. (WPVI) -- Fifteen-year-old Jaden Mohan arrived at Cooper Cancer Center expecting a routine doctor's appointment.

Instead, the Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, teen was surprised with four tickets to Sunday's Philadelphia Eagles game against the Los Angeles Rams.

The gift, presented by Dunkin' in honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, marks a joyful milestone for Mohan, who completed treatment for osteosarcoma six months ago. The bone cancer diagnosis last June led to surgery on his arm and months of chemotherapy and blood transfusions.

"I was surprised because I'm very lucky to go to an Eagles game," Mohan said.

Kal Shah, a Dunkin franchiser, delivered the tickets with a message of encouragement: "Keep up the fight and go Eagles."
