On Friday, a federal jury in Maryland convicted three members of the MS-13 gang in connection with a racketeering conspiracy that included murders, attempted murders, drug trafficking and witness tampering.
The defendants, 26-year-old Wilson Arturo Constanza-Galdomez of El Salvador, 24-year-old Edis Omar Valenzuela-Rodriguez of Honduras and 24-year-old Jonathan Pesquera-Puerto of Honduras, were convicted of federal racketeering charges, prosecutors said.
Constanza-Galdomez and Valenzuela-Rodriguez were also found guilty of two murders connected to the gang, while Pesquera-Puerto was convicted of one murder.
