MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) —The House narrowly passed a bill to keep the government funded today through Nov. 21, but not without a fight.
The House passed the bill in a 217 to 212 vote, with one Democrat in favor and two Republicans against.
Sixty votes are required to advance a funding bill, and with a 53-seat majority, it would take Republicans rounding up the support of seven Democrats to move the bill forward.
