Knicks sign 6-foot-9 champion forward to support Karl-Anthony Towns
The New York Knicks have made a flurry of free agent signings heading into training camp to help their star center, Karl-Anthony Towns, feel confident about the organization's title chances.
While nothing is set in stone until the 2025-26 season officially begins in October, a 6-foot-9 forward with championship experience will compete for a roster spot in New York.
“The New York Knicks announced today that the team has signed Mohamed Diawara to an Exhibit 10 contract,” the organization announced Tuesday.
“Diawara, 20 years old (6-foot-10, 228 pounds), was selected by the New York Knicks with the 51st pick in the 2025 NBA Draft. Diawara most recently appeared with the 2025 Knicks Summer Leagu
