LISBON The community of Lisbon will be kicking off its 57th Johnny Appleseed Festival beginning on Saturday.

According to information from both the Lisbon Chamber of Commerce website and the Johnny Appleseed Festival Facebook page , over 50 vendors will be in attendance.

In addition to vendors, food trucks will be throughout downtown Lisbon, and some participating businesses are offering drink specials.

Parking, according to Lisbon Mayor Peter Wilson's Facebook page , is available at the parking lot on South Jefferson Street, or parking lots at the Lisbon Presbyterian Church, 111 East Chestnut Street, or at the Lisbon Methodist Church, 114 East Washington Street.

Events, performances, contests and more will be happening across two days in downtown Lisbon.
