Last season, the Dallas Mavericks suffered setbacks at several positions; it’s hard to remember any other team that missed so many key players. From Anthony Davis to Kyrie Irving to PJ Washington, everyone spent a significant amount of time on the sidelines. As expected, this resulted in the team failing to qualify for the playoffs. Now, after snagging Cooper Flagg as the No. 1 pick of the draft, the outlook has speedily shifted.
