AT&T and Human I-T will provide 300 refurbished laptops and backpacks filled with school supplies to students in need through the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Foundation.
The laptops and backpacks, funded by AT&T, will be distributed to students who were pre-selected for the program. This initiative is part of a broader effort by AT&T employees to help bridge the digital divide, including distributing 30,000 backpacks with laptops and school supplies to qualifying households as students return to school.
