While the backdrop may have been an idyllic September evening picnic, Thursday’s get-together of Pulaski Democrats was also an opportunity to talk about issues that concerned them most about the current Republican White House administration.

For U.S. Congressman hopeful Ned Pillersdorf, it was a chance to get his name out into the public for being a Democratic candidate of a seat held by Republican stalwart Hal Rogers just a few blocks away from Rogers’ Somerset home.
