A house in Monroe Township that sold for $1.4 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Monroe in Middlesex County in the past week.

During the past week, a total of nine residential real estate sales were registered in the county, with an average price of $735,754. The average price per square foot was $307.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Sept. 8 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

9. $245K, condominium at 309C Sharon Way

A 1,177-square-foot condominium at 309C Sharon Way in Monroe Township has been sold. The price was $245,000, $208 per square foot. The condominium was built in 1974. The deal was finalized on Aug. 18.
