PHOENIX — The life of slain conservative political activist Charlie Kirk is set to be honored at a public memorial called “Building a Legacy: Remembering Charlie Kirk” on Sunday at State Farm Stadium in Glendale.
The event is being put on by Turning Point USA (TPUSA), the youth political action organization Kirk co-founded in 2012.
The Glendale Police Department told KTAR News 92.3 FM on Thursday that about 100,000 people could attend the service. President Donald Trump, Vice President JD Vance and other members of the Trump administration will be in attendance.
The event will honor Kirk, who was killed in a shooting at a Utah college on Sept. 10.
