LISBON A plea hearing has been scheduled for a Columbiana man indicted on multiple felony charges, including aggravated burglary and felonious assault, following an alleged break-in at the home of a local state representative in July.
The charges stem from a July 15 incident at a residence on Hatcher Road that is home to 7th District Court of Appeals Judge Carol Robb and former state representative Chuck Blasdel.
Johnson faces a total of seven counts. These include a first-degree felony charge of aggravated burglary, a second-degree felony for felonious assault for allegedly causing serious physical harm, and a third-degree felony for robbery, for using or threatening force against Charles Blasdel during a theft attempt.
