A house that sold for $1.3 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Manalapan between Sep. 1 and Sept. 14.

During the past two weeks, a total of 20 residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $740,042. The average price per square foot was $339.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of September 1 to the week of Sept. 14 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
