For just the fourth time in five seasons, Missouri football is hosting an SEC game with an evening kickoff.

No. 23/22 Missouri football and RV/No. 24 South Carolina will face off under the lights Saturday on Faurot Field in Columbia, Missouri, for the Mayor’s Cup trophy, which stayed with the Gamecocks for the first time since 2018 after the Tigers lost on the road in a wild matchup last season.

Mizzou (3-0, 0-0 SEC) is opening its conference slate this weekend. The Tigers have had a dominant start to the season, knocking off Central Arkansas, Kansas, and Louisiana to reach the Gamecocks unblemished.
