Four most expensive homes sold in the East Orange area, Sept. 8

A house in East Orange that sold for $657,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in East Orange area in the past week.

During the past week, a total of four residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $549,250. The average price per square foot was $233.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Sept. 8 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

4. $440K, single-family residence at 128 N. 14th Street

A 1,633-square-foot single-family home at 128 N. 14th Street in East Orange, has been sold. The total purchase price was $440,000, $269 per square foot. The house was built in 1900. The deal was finalized on Aug. 7.
