The Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization (LSCO) is celebrating its 50th Anniversary with a community Open House today from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Everyone is invited to explore the centre, connect with LSCO clubs and groups, and discover the many programs and services available for older adults and the wider community.

The event will feature free 30-minute trial classes for different mobility and fitness levels.

• 10:15 a.m. – Line Dancing, Gentle Exercise, Essentrics

• 11:15 a.m. – Pilates, Seniors Who Lift, Yoga for Seniors

• 12:15 p.m. – Line Dancing, Gentle Exercise, Essentrics
