Bishop Loughlin Memorial High School , a 174-year-old Catholic Lasallian institution in Fort Greene, completed construction of The Brian C. Connolly Field, a modern synthetic turf field that marks a major investment in the school’s athletic and academic future while strengthening ties to the wider Brooklyn community.

The project, which broke ground in July, features an XT50 multipurpose turf system designed for soccer, lacrosse and softball, with the Loughlin Lions logo at its center.

The surrounding track, a longstanding part of the school’s athletic program, has also been upgraded.
