DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A Springfield Masonic Community Resident died in a two-vehicle crash on Friday afternoon.
According to a Media Relations representative for The Ohio Masonic Communities, the crash happened at approximately 12:15 p.m.
The representative said a Springfield Masonic Community van, which was transporting a resident, collided with a large commercial vehicle.
The resident and driver were taken by medics to a local hospital. The driver’s injuries are unknown at this time.
This crash is under active investigation by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
“Springfield Masonic Community extends its heartfelt sympathy to the family and friends of our resident,” wrote the representative.
