WALHALLA, S.C. —
Two people have been arrested after a four-year-old died in Oconee County.
Friday, SLED charged 30-year-old Joshua Emanuel Lamar Latimer and 24-year-old Destiny Shay Dionne with two counts each of unlawful conduct toward a child.
We're told the two were arrested in Walhalla after putting a 4-year-old and a 2-year-old at unreasonable risk of harm. This happened the same day a 4-year-old died in Walhalla.
Latimer and Dionne were booked into the Oconee County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 10th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
