A Perris man was arrested Friday, Sept. 19 after he allegedly sexually assaulted both a juvenile and an adult in separate incidents in Temecula, authorities announced.

Deputies responded around 5:20 p.m. Sept. 19 to a report of a sexual assault involving a juvenile in the 40000 block of Winchester Road, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office said.

During the investigation, detectives learned that the suspect, identified as 30-year-old Jacob Paulsen, had also sexually assaulted an adult victim less than two hours earlier at a business in the 20000 block of Ynez Road, officials said.
