The Los Angeles Chargers today elevated linebacker Emany Johnsonfrom the practice squad for Sunday's game.

Johnson originally signed as an undrafted free agent with Dallas in 2024, spending the offseason with and beginning of that season on the practice squad for the Cowboys. He has been with the Chargers since joining the practice squad in November 2024. Johnson played college football at Nevada (2019-23), appearing in 55 games. He totaled 196 tackles (136 solo), three interceptions and 11 pass breakups. He was a first-team All-Mountain West Conference recipient in 2023 after leading the team with 100 tackles and three picks.
