Hundreds of anti-asylum protestors clashed with members of a counter protest in Glasgow this afternoon, a week after similar protests disrupted central London.

Scotland has been celebrated for having a multi-cultural spirit. But tensions have been rising over the last few weeks and campaigns featuring the Saltire flag have sparked new debates over attitudes to immigration.
