EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — Authorities successfully located two missing children from Rock Port, Missouri, thanks to a multi-agency task force operation from September 19 to 20, 2025.

The Atchison County Sheriff's Office, along with several law enforcement agencies, identified Dustin A. Hill, 22, from Florence, Arizona, as a suspect. Hill was detained in Evansville, Indiana.

The children were found safe and unharmed. A warrant for Hill's arrest on two charges of kidnapping was issued by the Atchison County Circuit Court, and no bond is allowed.

Further charges may be filed as the investigation continues.
