TAYLORSVILLE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- A man has been charged after pulling down his pants in front of officers on school grounds, according to the Taylorsville Police Department.
Around 1 a.m. on Saturday, deputies with the Alexander County Sheriff's Office saw a man lying in the roadway in front of Catawba Valley Community College in Taylorsville. The deputy said the man had a knife and was acting erratically.
Taylorsville Police responded and identified the man as 30-year-old Emmanuel Saddler. While officers tried conducting a lawful search, Saddler reportedly pulled his pants down and exposed himself on school property, officials said.
While being booked into the Alexander County Detention Center, Saddler allegedly threw a cup of water at an officer and another inmate. Arrest recor
