HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) -- Police in Evansville say an investigation into a stolen vehicle leads to weapons and drug charges for a Carmi, Illinois man.

On Saturday, officers say they received a Flock alert notifying them of a stolen vehicle traveling in the area of Weinbach Ave. and Southeast Blvd.

Police say they found the vehicle in a pawn shop parking lot on Weinbach Ave.

During a search of the vehicle, police say they found methamphetamine, a syringe, several guns, and power tools. We're told one of the guns was stolen from Illinois.

Police say Daniel Poshard, 33, was arrested.

According to officers, Poshard has prior convictions that prohibit him from having a gun.
