VAL-D’OR — Matt Gosselin scored five goals and assisted on two others as the visiting Blainville-Boisbriand Armada blitzed the Val-d’Or Foreurs 7-0 in Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League action on Saturday.

Olivier Lemieux and Olivier Metcalfe also scored for the Armada, who led 1-0 after the first period and took a 4-0 lead into the third.

Vincent Dejardins had four assists and Zackary Plamondon chipped in with a pair.

Olivier Bacon stopped 26 shots to record the shutout. The Armada outshot the Foreurs 38-26.

RIMOUSKI, Que. — Zack Arsenault had a goal and assist as the Rimouski Oceanic edged the visiting Baie-Comeau Drakkar 3-2.

Evan Depatie and Mathys Dube also scored for the hosts, who outshot the Drakkar 37-22.
