CANYON, Texas (KFDA) - The West Texas A&M volleyball team picked up their second-straight sweep after defeating the Angelo State Rambelles Saturday.
Despite the Lady Buffs winning all three, it wasn’t an easy task (25-18, 25-17, 25-20).
The team recorded 39 kills (Kaycee Cavanaugh, 13), 40 digs (Landri Jay, 12), 33 assists (Bromli Watson, 15), and eight blocks (Taytum Stow, 6).
The Lady Buffs are now 8-3 overall and will start Lone Star Conference play officially on the road Friday, Sept. 26 to Texas A&M-Kingsville at 6:00 p.m. CST.
