TAOS — The disappearance of Nancy Craddock, a woman who had deep ties in Ranchos de Taos, has bewildered her loved ones for nearly 50 years. Her case remains unsolved, and she was declared legally deceased in 1985.

Craddock's case, like so many others, went cold. But her daughters, Patty Renfrow and Molly Renfrow Matthews, are still searching for answers. They asked New Mexico State Police to reopen the investigation after submitting new evidence in October.

“It was a very different world for us than today,” Patty said, “and we have a great deal of information that we’ve provided to the state police that would not have been available before the internet.”
