David Martindale was a frustrated man after his side were beaten by a penalty seven minutes into second-half, injury time at Dundee, and VAR was in the spotlight again.

The Livingston manager had seen his men battle back from 2-0 down to level with seven minutes of regulation time remaining in this William Hill Premiership clash, then the roof fell in.

Stand-in skipper Danny Wilson was adjudged to have brought down Charlie Reilly as he drove towards the line in the penalty box.

Martindale told BBC Scotland Sport: “This can’t keep happening. It can’t. We’re paying millions of pounds for people to make decisions using footage. They seem to still be getting it wrong.”
