LINCOLN, Neb. — While so much attention has been on Michigan freshman quarterback Bryce Underwood and his poise, veteran running back Justice Haynes has established himself as a vital part of this offense.

Through four games, Haynes leads Michigan with 537 yards on 66 carries and has six touchdowns. He has four long runs of 56 and 59 yards and twice at 75 yards, three going for touchdowns. Donovan Edwards was the last Michigan running back with three rushing touchdowns of 50 yards or more in a season.
