WAYNE COUNTY, Mo. (KFVS) - A 71-year-old Piedmont man was seriously injured in a single-vehicle crash in Wayne County, Missouri, on Saturday, September 20.

The crash happened shortly after 12:30 p.m. on Route V, about 6 miles south of Greenville.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the Piedmont man was driving a Harley Davidson motorcycle when the bike went off the right side of the road and flipped.

An ambulance rushed the motorcyclist to a Poplar Bluff hospital with serious injuries.

Troopers report the man was not wearing a helmet and the motorcycle has moderate damage.
