In these days of crazy grade inflation, especially in our colleges and universities, the very idea that you could get to the top of the class with a B- is out of this 4.0-obsessed world.
But that’s precisely what happened when The Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression recently issued its sixth annual “College Free Speech Rankings.”
At least the winner is one of our own.
So congratulations to Claremont McKenna College for cramming hard and rightfully becoming teacher’s pet as the only institute of higher learning in the nation to score better than a C in an evaluation of their free speech policies.
Most California schools were in the F zone.
