This NFL Sunday is one where the best game on the schedule — at least the best on paper — comes in the early afternoon time slot. That game, at least in this writer’s estimation, features the Los Angeles Rams and Philadelphia Eagles in a rematch of a Divisional Playoff game from this past January.

Both of these teams come into week 3 with 2-0 records. Philly narrowly beat the Dallas Cowboys on the NFL’s opening night then won 20-17 in a Super Bowl rematch with the Kansas City Chiefs in week 2. Meanwhile, the Rams have two wins over AFC South teams, a 14-9 victory over the Texans on the first Sunday of the year before a 33-19 drubbing of the Titans last week.

That game kicks off at 1 PM Eastern from Philadelphia, and it is up against eight other contests in the same time slot. Unfortunate
